Life. It [Continues]

Today was my second day of school.
I can now fully sympathize with the term TGIF. Over the summer, everyday is Friday and there is really no effect when a Friday actually comes around. Know what I mean? Well now that school has started up again, Friday has REGAINED it's full value. Except I like to throw a little twist on it. For me, it's what I call TGIF(BWW) Thank goodness it's Friday..but with homework. It reminds me so I don't slack off during the weekend like I so often do.
Today was harder than yesterday. Disregard people when they say the first day back is the hardest. Nope. It's definitely the second day that is the hardest. This morning, I was thinking, "You mean I have to get up and do it all again?"
Yesterday wasn't so bad getting up because you are anticipating the freshness of the year. The day after..the anticipation is all worn out. At least for me anyway.

The year has started off great though. (I'm not being sarcastic) I finally got my classes squared away after some confusion with my Algebra Honors course. Long story short, I switched out of honors math and went to regular. I wouldn't have been able to take honors history and english and teach myself math on the side. It would have been way too much. I'm comfortable in a regular class despite the people in it that I don't always agree with. This year they aren't so bad though.
Overall, these first two days were my hardest first days of school ever. I couldn't believe how much work I was assigned. I'm not complaining now on all this. Don't get me wrong. I just like to ramble about the stuff that's on my mind. I knew I was in for a tough year and I'm expecting it.


But c'mon! Sometimes it's A LOT of fun to just whine over stupid stuff. (Not to mention, it's a heck of a lot easier!!!)
