Last night's post there...yeah I was totally delirious. You see, learning to work in a cafe isn't all that bad. Honestly, I think I'm going to like doing it. After my first day of going over some stuff, I've realized that the company sounded a heck of a lot worse and more strict on paper than it was in reality.
My fault.
So I take back my sarcasm and lack of sleep and apologize to whomever. I was kinda grumpy. By the way, my brain was on such a creative surge last night, that I literally tossed and turned in bed for over an hour unable to fall asleep for the life of me. That explains why I couldn't wake up this morning and had to rely on good old mom to give me that much needed wake up call.
Man, was I out once I got to sleep. Without her, I would have obliviously slept past the 7:30 time when I was supposed to leave.
Anyway, we went to another one of those Trenton Thunder baseball games tonight after I got off work. This was what, my 3rd Thunder game in like a month or two. I don't know if I can take any more of these free tickets we keep getting. Yeah it was fun the first two times but something was missing tonight. Maybe it was the NASTIEST burger I've ever eaten at the concession stands. And I thought I was getting a good deal paying the same price for a burger as I would for a hotdog. Alls I got out of it was an aching stomach and an unsettling feeling as if my insides were totally hating me right now. Funny how it was the exact same feeling I got when I went to the Chinese buffet in the mall. I think it had something to do with all the salt and sodium in the food because it was no regular tummy ache.
You know, that may be the only thing that a Chinese buffet and a ballpark snack stand will ever have in common with each other.
